Red Velvet: The cupcake that started it all-- This slightly chocolaty, red, rich cake is topped with a light and fluffy cream cheese icing. If you want the taste of a classic dessert; this is for you.
Salted Caramel: When my better half tasted this he was converted from a lover of red velvet to a die-hard fan of our decadent, made from scratch caramel drizzle. The caramel sauce is swirled into the cakes, laces the icing and tops the icing in an artful swirl. To finish this heavenly creation—a light sprinkle of sea salt. Sweet and salty—heaven!
Vanilla
Chocolate: The secret to this moist cake is Coca-Cola®. This cupcake has three chocolate layers: the cake, the milk chocolate icing and a Hershey Kiss ®.
Cheesecake (caramel, apple and select fruit toppings-- you choose): This light and airy treat leaves you wanting more. The crust is a mix of graham crackers, buttery short bread cookies and a dash of cinnamon. Our most popular cheese cake is topped with our scratch made caramel.
Apple Pie: The classic flavor of apple pie, wrapped in a luscious spice cake, topped with salted caramel buttercream with apple compote nestled in the icing.
Lemon: If you like the pucker of lemonade you will enjoy this cupcake. The lemon is subtle but enhanced by the tang of buttermilk and lemon zest.
Carrot Cake: This family favorite states with hand shredded carrots—the secret to the moist, sweet flavor of this mini cake. The finishing touch is a high, swirl of cream cheese icing. If you want something warm, nutty and full of flavor…this is it.
Banana Pudding: A southern dessert staple stuffed into a vanilla cupcake. This cupcake starts with a homemade vanilla wafer. Then the vanilla cake is stuffed with scratch made banana pudding and topped with whipped cream and another vanilla wafer.

Key Lime: Key Lime Pie is my mother’s favorite summer dessert. The pucker of key lime and the smooth creamy custard has been modified to accommodate friends who have a gluten allergy. Instead of graham crackers for the crust, a blend of pecan and almond flour are combined with a secret ingredient (shh)—maple sugar.
